Enclosed is the link to the survey where you will choose which model of learning your child will participate in for the first quarter of the 2020-21 school year.

We are asking you to complete this survey no later than Friday, August 14th in order for us to plan for the opening. Please complete this survey more than once, if you have multiple children enrolled at HCSS. Please also keep in mind that you will be asked to stick to your choice for at least one marking period.
