White Out
The following was written by HS STUCO member, Elisha Whitaker and Aaliyah Santiago:
The High School Student Council would like to host the annual White-Out Picnic Party on May 19th, 2023. This event is exclusive to high school students. Students will have a chance to play glow in the dark basketball, beach volleyball, frisbee, and can jam with light up materials. We will also hold a dance once it gets dark enough. Everyone will be wearing glow sticks once it gets dark.
We ask to hold it in the outdoor courtyard.
We will be serving food (such as pizza and cookies) that needs to be approved by Nurse Starzyk.
We will rent out a large tent in case of inclement weather. We have raised the money to pay for the rental fee through bake sales.
We will pay for the rental cost of the tent and DJ.
We will be charging for admission and food.
We will sell them in advance, $10 for admission and food.
