Robotics Scrimmage

The robotics teams from HCSS East and West campuses joined forces in a collaborative scrimmage event this past Saturday, showcasing the talents and teamwork of these aspiring engineers. Held from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, the event was a testament to the students’ dedication and passion for robotics.

Throughout the morning, participants from both campuses engaged in five friendly matches. These competitions were not just about winning; they provided a platform for students to enhance their robotic skills, strategize, and elevate their scores in preparation for future contests.

One of the highlights of the event was the ‘Best Practice Share’ session. Here, students from both campuses exchanged valuable knowledge and techniques about robot building and programming. This session proved to be an excellent opportunity for students to learn from each other, fostering a sense of community and collaborative learning.

The successful organization of the scrimmage can be largely credited to the efforts of Mr. Demirhan, Mrs. Injeti, and Mr. Nadeau. Their dedication to creating an environment that promotes educational growth and teamwork was clearly reflected in the day’s events.

A heartfelt thanks goes out to all the coaches and students from both HCSS East and West campuses who contributed to the success of this event. Their enthusiasm and commitment were key in making this event not only a learning experience but also a memorable gathering.

The interaction and camaraderie between the teams from both campuses were invaluable. It provided a unique opportunity for students to network, share ideas, and build friendships. Events like this are essential in nurturing future innovators and leaders in the field of robotics.

The experiences and connections made during this scrimmage will undoubtedly be beneficial for the students as they continue to explore and grow in the world of robotics.
